In this CRM implementation project, our task was to automate the receipt and processing of leads (potential customers) as much as possible.
The customer runs online webinars. The information on all people registered for this or that webinar should get into the CRM system and go on further according to different schemes.
The vTiger CRM system was connected to the webinar platform “vebinar.ru” and the webinar listeners automatically got into the system as a lead right after registering for the webinar. Further on, depending on the residence city of the listener, a lead was assigned to one or the other company manager, who was given the task of making a call to the listener the day after the webinar.
When a lead falls into the CRM system, it automatically determines which webinar he came from and binds him to the webinar. The marketing department always has the opportunity to view the statistics on the number of listeners in each webinar directly in the CRM system.
In addition to automating the operations of receiving and processing the data of potential customers, we have performed integration of the CRM system with third-party data storage, which transmitted such information to the CRM system as on the number of tenders, the dates of their execution and the purchase volume for each counterparty. This greatly facilitated the work for Key Account Managers.
