The CRM system sends an automatic e-mail notification to the customer about his order. The letter contains a link that will allow you to return to pay later.

Another important task set for the CRM system to perform was to collect UTM parameters for analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. This problem was quickly solved through the VorDOOM WebForm 2.0 extension. At present, it is always clear which advertising channel has brought us the client.

In addition to the main tasks, the customer was highly interested in protecting the client base within the company. Some employees have been banned from exporting data from the system. Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses have also been replaced with pictographs. None of the employees will be able to use customer information for personal purposes.
