The customer is a small company, engaged in courier delivery. The company interacts with various courier services. After registration of the application is done, the employees transfer it to the right courier service, and after that the order processing and delivery process begin.

Everything had to be done manually, which was not very conducive to work efficiency. The VorDOOM company task was to develop a special automation module for all these processes.

DEVELOPMENT OF A MODULE FOR VTIGER CRM

The vTiger CRM solution was created using open source technology, which allows it to be effectively scaled for any business process. VorDOOM specialists created a module that automated the process of application creation. The module was integrated with such courier services as “CDEK”, “Podorozhnik”, “SPSR”, and “DPD”. The operator only needed to select the right courier service, and after that the application was automatically created and transferred to the selected courier service.

The final stage of the module integration was the implementation of the possibility of exporting invoices and reports from CRM to various accounting programs, as for printing, so for sending by e-mail.
