After making all the changes, the company's CRM system was able to automatically assign bonus points for water purchase to a special bonus account, write off bonus points from the bonus account when buying water, generate reports on customer bonus accounts for the selected period, and keep an empty tare accounting.
As a result of the work accomplished, the company was able to attract new customers with its bonus program.
The last stage of vTiger CRM modernization was the integration of new modules with various office programs. Such compatibility allows employees to promptly receive documents in the required format for printing or sending by e-mail, as well as by various accounting programs.
