The company has a developed network of specialized branches, and it carries out large-scale exhibition and exposition activities, thus expanding the range of implemented projects up to international tours and introducing new museum concepts.
The fundamental task for the customer is to structure the existing base of exhibition platforms and contact persons into a single flexible system, combining all stages of the workflow.
The decision on development and implementation of the vTiger CRM was made for:

- -making editorial notes and adding new contact information to vTiger CRM by synchronizing with MS Outlook;
- -viewing the timeline of the history of correspondence with a contact person.
vTiger CRM was integrated with the agency official website and it posted web forms that automatically save contact data of potential contractors with the possibility of converting them into real contractors and then linking them to projects.
The final stage is the preparation of the necessary PDF templates for quick printing of contracts, additional agreements, strict reporting forms, acceptance certificates of documents, completed projects, and other documents of primary importance.
