The main task of vTiger CRM implementation was to automate the creation and subsequent write-off of daily payments that are used to repay the loan. Based on daily schedule vTiger CRM calculates, creates and then sends to the bank information about the amounts to be written off on a specific day for all active transactions.
Later on we automated the process of daily payment to investors for each of the transactions in which they partake. vTiger CRM does this automatically immediately upon receipt of an incoming payment from the business.
Also vTiger CRM automated the process of calculating a participation share of an investor in specific transactions, calculating planned and actual indicators for the transaction and it has acquired all the necessary reports that make it clear how effective these or other investments were.
After a meanwhile a personal account for investors was developed in vTiger CRM, in which they could receive information on all transactions in which they take part, planned and actual payments and portfolio analytics.
After vTiger CRM version 7 released all the implemented functionality was transferred to the new version of the vTiger CRM.
