Installations steps

Go to Vtiger CRM Menu -> Settings -> CRM Settings



In Settings Shortcuts block select Modules

Click Import Module from the Zip button in the right corner.

Check I accept with disclaimer and would like to proceed

Click Select from My Computer button and choose VDSOS zip archive from your computer

Click Import button at the bottom of the page

Check out the license to use the module and if you agree, check the box.

Click Import Now button at the bottom of the page

Wait information that you have downloaded the module VDSOS

Click Import now button

Wait information that module VorDOOM SOS 2.0 has been imported successfully.

For existing accounts without administrator privilege, new extensions may be not available because of role privileges. To make available new extensions for existing accounts we will update privilege settings for existing users. Go to Vtiger CRM Menu -> Settings -> CRM Settings (р. 1 of instruction).

Go to User management -> Roles

Select role 

Without any changes click the "Save" button to update privilege settings. Make these actions for all roles.

For configuring the extension your account needs to have administrator privilege. Go to Vtiger CRM Menu -> Settings -> CRM Settings (p. 1 of instruction)

After installation of VDSOS module was success you will see support icon.

Now you need to Activate VorDOOM Support extension for purpose that your tickets automatically sends to VorDOOM Team. Vtiger CRM Menu -> Settings -> CRM Settings (p. 1 of instruction) 

In Other settings block select VorDOOM Support (VDSOS) module

On this page you can activate or deactivate the support. Activate or deactivate auto payment. Client ID is usually filled automatically. If this does not happen, contact us to get the Client ID value.

Let's create a ticket. Click on the support icon.

Compose a message and click the Save button. 

You will receive a message that the request was sent successfully to VorDOOM. After that your ticket will be sent to the VorDOOM Team and we start solving it.

Let’s go to VDSOS module. Go to Vtiger CRM Menu -> Support -> VorDOOM support (VDSOS)

On this page you will see the status and description of your tickets. 

Open record summary view.

After that your ticket will get VorDOOM Team and we start to solving it. And you will see solution of the ticket in Solution field.
