The extension allows to add a progress bar to Summary View and Detail View on the map of record of any module. For example, in Potentials/Opportunities module it’s convenient to tracking progress when the progress bar of the Sales Stage field is clearly visible on the map.

Installations steps

1. Go to Vtiger CRM Menu -> Settings -> CRM Settings

2. In Settings Shortcuts block select Modules

3. Click Import Module from Zip button in right corner.

4. Check I accept with disclaimer and would like to proceed

5. Click Select from My Computer button and choose VDProgressView zip archive from your computer

6. Click Import button at the bottom of the page

7. Wait information that you have downloaded module VDProgressView. 

8. Click Import now button

9. Wait information that module VorDOOM Progress View 2.0 has been imported successfully.

10. For existing accounts without administrator privilege new extension may be not available because of role privileges. To make available new extension for existing accounts we will update privilege settings for existing users. Go to Vtiger CRM Menu -> Settings -> CRM Settings (р. 1 of instruction).

11. Go to User management -> Roles. 

12. Select role 

13. Without any changes click "Save" button to update privilege settings. Make this actions for all roles.

14. For configuring extension your account needs to have administrator privilege. Go to Vtiger CRM Menu -> Settings -> CRM Settings (p. 1 of instruction)

15. Go to Other settings -> Progress View

16. On this page you can manage modules and selected fields for progress bar. Click on New Progress View

17. Opens form for adding progress bar. Choose Opportunities module and Sales Stage field. Click on Save.

18. You will see that our progress bar in Opportunities module is active.

19. Go to Vtiger CRM Menu -> Sales -> Opportunities 

20. Open any record

21. You will see that our progress bar appeared on a map of the record.

 22. You may change Sales Stage of record by clicking on stage on the progress bar. Click on Need Analysis stage.

23. Stage will changed on Need Analysis
