The company is engaged in the installation of local area networks, as well as connecting them to the Internet as for individuals so for legal entities. They used the Terrasoft system for automation of their business. However, in course of time, the business started to expand and this led to the necessity to automate new business operations. Terrasoft failed to cope with this task due to low level of scalability. And the company management decided to ask for our help in developing a modern CRM system that would comprise all the parts of their job: from accepting applications from customers to employee payroll accounting.


It was decided to develop a CRM platform from scratch in order to automate the company’s activities. It had to include the development and connection of additional modules that would facilitate the staff work and automate many operations within the customer- company:

• automation of customer database management;

• automatic generation of application and its delivery to the right company department (integration of CRM with the official company website);

• staff management (payroll, vacations, sick leave, hiring and firing employees, etc.);

• integration of CRM with the company telephone network;

• automatic generation of financial and sales documents;

• integration of a CRM system with 1C account system.

As a result of the successful implementation of CRM, our customer managed to increase the efficiency of the work by more than 30%. Due to the open source code of vTiger CRM and the high qualification of the VorDOOM company specialists, even in the future it will be possible to add supplementary modules and elements necessary for solving new issues.
