It has a small staff of developers who solve specific problems as for small so for medium businesses. However, the growth in the number of customers has led to the necessity to automate their own business processes. For doing this, our customer used the BPM-online system. But our customers were not satisfied by this system because of its poor scalability and high cost. Even at the deployment stage, BPM-online was unable to provide specific access rights for specific users, not to mention problems with more advanced system settings. 

This is one of the conducive reasons to stop using BPM-online and turn to professionals for developing a real and scalable CRM platform.

TASKS PERFORMED BY CRM SYSTEM

Owing to open source code technology and highly qualified specialists, VorDOOM company managed to carry out the following tasks:

• accepting applications for software development from customers; 

• development of a tracking system for customers helping to see the status of software availability;

• automating the calculation of the cost and net cost of software development services;

• calculation of the accounting of work time of each company developer;

• customer database management;

• automation of document flow (generation of reports, invoices for payment, statements, statistics, etc.).

Owing to the successful implementation of the vTiger CRM, our customer managed to attract new customers, focus more on software development, to significantly accelerate the processing of applications, and set documents in order. But most importantly, our CRM solution allowed us to assign the rights of access of each employee to a particular part of the project or to the documents. And the customer himself can manage these rights.
