The company, specializing in writing course papers and theses turned to our company. It was necessary to automate all operations, processing applications, payment, billing and much more, and that makes doing this kind of business easier.

The VorDOOM company initiated development of a CRM solution from scratch for best integration of the system into the customer’s business processes.

FUNCTIONS OF THE CRM SYSTEM

Specific tasks were set for the specialists of the VorDOOM company. They had to develop two portals (one - for authors, a second - for customers), and to integrate these two portals with the CRM system, which was made to help managers in processing applications and in developing online payment functionality.

It was also necessary to develop a special chatform, which would help a customer to chat with a manager and a manager - with the author. All this was implemented according to the “one window” scheme. After the work is sent and approved by the customer, an invoice for online payment in the customer portal would be automatically generated.

After all the necessary work on the integration and implementation of the CRM system, as well as on provision of communication between the CRM and the two portals was performed, obvious advantages were identified:
