They had to develop two portals (one - for authors, a second - for customers), and to integrate these two portals with the CRM system, which was made to help managers in processing applications and in developing online payment functionality.

It was also necessary to develop a special chatform, which would help a customer to chat with a manager and a manager - with the author. All this was implemented according to the “one window” scheme. After the work is sent and approved by the customer, an invoice for online payment in the customer portal would be automatically generated.
