• controlling of clinic activities financially, including the receipt of reports;

• integrating the vTiger CRM with VoIP telephony;

• integration with SMS provider to reminder on the appointment patients with the specialist, congratulations, and special offer;

• integrating the vTiger CRM with the official website of the clinic in order to display the current information about the doctors schedule and the possibility of online booking of an appointment.

For convenience and improvement of interaction with patients of the medical center has been developed patient portal based on vTiger Customer Portal. Clients of the clinic now have the opportunity to communicate with doctors online, without leaving home. The vTiger CRM with an integrated patient portal allowed specialists to better plan consultations, download the necessary documentation and give appropriate recommendations to patients.

The interaction between patients and specialists by means of a portal solution has increased the availability of medical services at the clinic. Patients got access not only to the schedule, but also to their own medical history and recommendations of specialists. This affected the increase in the level of customer credit in the medical center.

Moreover, the management of the clinic decided to integrate the online store with the vTiger CRM to form a single database of goods and orders for each client.

The final stage was the integration of vtiger CRM with offline shop.
