If asterisk connector do not works after following instruction check the following.
1. Check class in parser.php file. It depends on Asterisk version - AsteriskParser11 for v11 and less and AsteriskParser12 for v12 and higher.
2. Check asterisk database name in Administrative Panel. Also name is asteriskcdrdb.
3. Check path to call recording and checkbox “Use Y/M/D folders” (it is only for FreePBX). Sometimes you dont need fill path to call recording.
